The smartphone industry is constantly evolving and we see new technologies every year. We recently saw a practical video about Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. You can clearly see that there is a very small secondary screen in the huge camera module of this phone. However, @DigitalChatStation believes the Xiaomi Mi 11 won’t be the only device with a rear secondary display.
According to @DigitalChatStation, we will see more smartphones with secondary screens this year. He claims that there will be at least two new models with a rear-mounted secondary screen this year. However, he did not give much detail about these devices.
Speaking of the rear secondary screen, we have to mention the Meizu Pro 7. Released in 2017, this is one of the first smartphones to use this technology. This device comes with AMOLED screen on the back. This screen can display time, weather details and can be used for selfies. In addition, users can use this screen to turn music on and off. However, it seems that this device arrived too early and did not get as much attention as it deserved.
Looking now, a small secondary screen on the camera module is a more decorative function. This makes the huge camera module more beautiful. Still, some users believe this design is outrageous or super ugly.
