William Saliba could head to PSV next month after the Dutch asked about his temporary landing, according to Football London.
The 19-year-old joined Arsenal from Saint Etienne last year and remained with the French side on loan until the end of the season.
He returned at the start of this campaign with enthusiastic criticism and fans expected him to start playing for the club immediately, but he curiously had not yet played for the Gunners.
He was even left out of their Europa League team, a competition that Arsenal blazed through the group stages.
His only action this season has been in the club’s youth team games and that needs to change.
The youngster was a regular player of Saint Etienne’s first team before joining Arsenal and this season can be considered a campaign that limits his development.
Arsenal is open to him to allow him to go on loan next month.
Several teams want to sign him on loan, including his former team, but will have to fight other teams from Italy, Germany and PSV, the report said.
Arsenal will hope to develop him far from the club this half of the season to a level that will be able to play for them next season.
