As a result of the agreement, Bang & Olufsen will supply the organization’s new gaming headquarters in Fulham with audio devices. Moreover, Veloce Esports drivers will get headphones.

Some of the products integrated into the Veloce Esports headquarters include Beosound Shape wall speakers, Beosound 1 and Beoplay M5 portable speakers, Beovision Eclipse TV and two Beosound Stage soundtracks.
Rupert Svendsen-Cook, CEO, Veloce Esports, commented: “We are really excited to welcome Bang & Olufsen to the Veloce family. There is a lot of synergy between us and the products fit perfectly into our brand. We look forward to promoting the new range in our wide media network and putting Bang & Olufsen in front of a very engaged and fresh audience.
“We have embraced the last 12 months to maximize performance with great growth across all of the company’s key verticals, including achieving record ratings, securing big new business and expanding our permanent workforce to 36 employees as we move to our new Fulham Headquarters. “
With product integration, the partnership is expected to cover a range of joint projects and content during 2021. According to the announcement, the one-year contract can be extended to 2022 and later, if the agreement proves successful.

Scott Anderson, Director of UK & IE, Bang & Olufsen, he added: “Veloce Esports is very naturally adapted for us. As such a new and innovative organization, we believe that the partnership represents an ideal opportunity to present our brand to its gaming audience, and the numbers of their broadcast networks speak for themselves.
“Equipping the new Veloce gaming seat was a really fun project for us because it was a blank canvas, which allowed us to adapt it to their requirements. Veloce’s talent and esports teams will also benefit from the use of our brand new luxury Beoplay Portal headphones, offering industry-leading sound quality for a truly impressive wireless experience. “
This is Bang & Olufsen’s second partnership with esports. Last year, the company secured a three-year contract with the Astralis Group, which covers leisure, exercise and travel. In March 2021, the audio brand launched the Beoplay Portal, which saw the company produce its first toy headphones and products in a new category.
Esports Insider says: The importance of sound in esports has been growing in the last 12 months as we have seen more audio brands teaming up with tournament organizers and esports organizations. This job will certainly help assemble Veloce’s new headquarters, while at the same time giving Bang & Olufsen greater exposure in the esports scene, especially in the sim racing sector.
