Woods ’stellar career shook in November 2009, when he was hit once more by an SUV in a fire hydrant in front of his then-residence in Windermere, Florida.

Woods was unconscious for more than five minutes in that fall, and his then-wife allegedly smashed a window on the vehicle with a golf club and dragged him out of it.

Following in the footsteps of that mysterious fall, Woods reported having numerous extramarital affairs. Shortly thereafter, he entered a clinic in Mississippi for treatment.

In May 2017, Wood was charged with driving under the influence of Florida after police discovered he was sleeping in a damaged car.

A month after that arrest, Woods entered the clinic for treatment related to problems with prescription pain medications and sleep disorders.

Steinberg said it was an art time when Woods used painkillers to help him get up and move as he recovered from four back surgeries.

Woods was seen on social media Monday at a golf course with former Miami Heat basketball star Dwyane Wade.
