Some unauthorized tailors said they sewed fake uniforms from the Oyo State Security Agency, which otherwise called Amotekuna unscrupulous elements in the state.

The head of Amotekun said that negligent elements were arrested not far from the radio station in Challenge in Ibadan.

According to him, the suspects were investigated and handed over to the police at the Jemet police station.

Togun said, “We heard that these people were sewing and selling fake Amotekun uniforms to some people, especially in the Lagelu area of ​​Ibadan. We are currently in the area to uncover the truth.

“Our fear is that if the uniforms fall into the wrong hands and people use them to commit crimes, people will believe that it is the work of the real staff of Amotekun.

Tooun, who recalled firing the deluded police officer Amotekun who killed 21-year-old Tosin Thomas in the Mokola area of ​​the state by setting a good example, said: “We are really afraid of this event because bad news spreads faster than good news.”
