West Ham United were believed to be interested in the midfielder, but United should reportedly win the race for Caicedo’s signature in the near future.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Roman, Man United is in advanced talks with Caiced’s agents and should conclude a deal for the teenager in the coming weeks.

Romano claims that United will set aside a compensation of 5 million euros for Caicedo, who should put paper on paper on a five-year contract at Old Trafford, assuming he has been granted a work permit.

Meanwhile, agent Mario Cenolli believes Red Devils midfielder Paul Pogba will head to Real Madrid, but Solskjaer believes the Frenchman could be confident he will stay at Old Trafford.
