‘It’s really awful’ – Mike Perry’s Rant on weight loss issues

Mike Perry’s light heavyweight bout against Daniel Rodriguez will take place at UFC Fight Night: Vettori against the Netherlands. On the eve of the fight, ‘Platinum’ Perry underwent rough training and a strict diet to put on weight.

Sometimes it’s hard for UFC fighters to follow a strict diet to measure the weight of their fight, and that’s what happened to Mike Perry, who missed the weight against Tim Means.

‘Platinum’ thinks it’s horrible to go through a strict diet, and recently he has started a lively discussion in the media about his weight loss problems.

‘Platinum’ mentioned foods like stuffed cheese pizza, lasagna and pasta that he can’t eat because of his strict diet. Perry ingests from zero to less than 50 grams of sugar daily. The fighter even attributed his own talking garbage on Twitter about his strict diet.

Perry said, “I know I’m talking garbage on Twitter. I will break. You will see me. I’m like a menstruating girl on Twitter when I shrink. Because it’s awful. It makes me want to go to some weight class. ”

‘Platinum’ doesn’t like going through cuts, and he said that infinitely clearly. In fact, he is even considering rising in the welterweight category to middle school.

One of the best candidates in the middleweight category is Darren Till. He was supposed to face Vettori at UFC Fight Night, but gave up due to a collarbone injury. Kevin Holland then replaced Till for UFC Fight Night.

Since ‘Platinum’ is considering moving in the weight class, it wants to face the best in the middleweight division, and it also has beef with ‘Gorilla’ which did its trade in 170 to 2019.

Perry said, “When I kick this fool out on Saturday and Darren Till’s necklace heals, let’s do that fight in 185. I’ll eat a chicken sandwich once and hit him in the face the next.”

Darren Till has given up on his last two fights and now wants to get back into action. If Mike Perry wins a fight against Rodriguez at UFC Fight Night, Till may accept Perry’s challenge, and the UFC can book a fight between the two.
