Huawei New 8 Series with Kirin 985 SoC and FHD + screen unveiled in China: Price, specifications and more – Mobiles News

Huawei has launched the New 8 Series 5G in its home country of China. The series consists of two smartphones – Nova 8 Pro and Nova 8.

Price and availability of Huawei Nova 8 Pro and Nova 8
Huawei Nova 8 Pro comes in two storage variants: 8 GB + 128 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB. While the price of the first CNY is 3,999 (approximately 45,100 Rs), the second is 4,399 CNY (approximately 49,600 RS).

As for the Huawei Nova 8, there are also variants of 8 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB which cost 3,299 CNY (approximately 37,200 Rs) and 3,699 CNY (approximately 41,700 Rs).

The two are available for pre-order in China and will be available for sale from January 7th.

Huawei Nova 8 Pro specifications
Huawei Nova 8 Pro offers a 6.72-inch OLED FHD + display (2676x1236p resolution) with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone runs Huawei’s Kirin 985 SoC, along with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

For shooting purposes, the Huawei Nova 8 Pro has a quad camera. These include a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front is a dual sensor setting of 32MP and 16MP.

With a 4000mAh battery, the phone offers support for fast charging of 66 W.

Huawei Nova 8 offers a 6.57-inch OLED screen with fullHD + (2340x1080p) resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone is powered by an octa-core Kirin 985 SoC, along with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory.

For shooting purposes, the Huawei Nova 8 has a four-camera setup. These include a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra wide angle sensor, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. There is a 32MP sensor on the front.

With a 3800mAh battery, the phone offers support for fast charging of 66 W.
