Huawei Mate 30 phones from the series are starting to receive EMUI 11 update in China

Huawei released an EMUI 11 update earlier this year, which is based on Google’s Android 10 operating system. After introducing the update to its current-generation flagship devices, the company has now started releasing it for multiple users.

The latest EMUI 11 update is now available for Huawei Mate 30 series devices, including the Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro and Mate 30 RS Porsche Design. However, the first update is introduced for those users who have registered for beta testing.

The update comes with several new features, including support for large file transfers and smart payments. It also brings a November 2020 security patch and fixes a WeChat cloning feature issue when sharing.

Although it has gone through difficult times due to sanctions and restrictions imposed by the United States, the Chinese giant continues to make significant progress. After announcing EMUI 11 earlier this year, the company recently confirmed that it now powers over 10 million devices within three months of its release.
