Huawei recently unveiled two new smartphones at the conference, namely the Nova 8 and Nova 8 Pro. However, the company seems to have refrained from introducing a special edition of the device, which contains the theme of the popular mobile game Honor of Kings.
According to a recent post on Weib blogger @ 看 山 的 叔叔, a Chinese microblogging website, the company will soon launch the Huawei Nova 8 Pro Honor of Kings limited version. For those unaware, Honor of Kings is an online multiplayer video game title for smartphones. It is an online arena developed by TiMi Studios and published by Tencent Games for iOS and Android platforms. Currently, the game is one of the most popular titles in the world, especially in China.

So it’s no surprise that China’s largest smartphone brand will launch a special edition based on the game. Although this news has not yet been confirmed, get a report with a little salt for now. The Chinese technology giant is known for launching special editions of its popular smartphones, so we could also see a variant of Honor of Kings.
Although the aesthetic appearance and design of the Nova 8 Pro Honor of Kings version could be unique, its specifications are likely to be the same. These include the HiSilicon Kirin 985 5G mobile processor, a 6.72-inch screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz and more. Furthermore, the device would probably arrive with optimizations to make the game run at 90 fps. Unfortunately, the prices and availability of the device are still unknown, so stay tuned for more updates.
