Hey, did you know that Lenovo has offered its line of true wireless headphones? Neither did I. But here they are, man, are they cheap? The regular price is a modest $ 60, and you can get themcurrently in Walmart. That’s 70% less.
The headphones look pretty ordinary, modeled on the standard bulb and stem design that Apple celebrated. They are waterproof with an IPX4 rating and rely on touch gesture control. To be clear, I’ve never worn or heard these earrings, and not even CNET audio guru resident David Carnoy has tried them on. But Lenovo claims to have 10mm drivers and a frequency response of 20-20,000Hz. The 40 mAh batteries are augmented with a 300 mAh battery in a wired (USB-C) charging case.
I guess I’ve never heard of them because they’re probably meant to be sold in China; the voice command function only works in Chinese, for example, and I think that’s a big tip. But if you don’t mind, these are incredibly cheap pairs of big brand earrings. Let me know what you think in the comments.
