Gal Gadot shared the news of the third Wonder Woman film. In an interview with Variety, she was asked when she would start filming Wonder Woman 3.

Gadot replied that she did not know for sure yet. And that she would love to make a third film as Wonder Woman if she likes the story and Patty Jenkins, who directed her in both films, is back.

She said, “I don’t know. We’re not talking about it yet. We have no idea. You never know. I would love to make another one if the story is great and of course with Patty. But I do not know. We’ll have to wait and see. ”

While in January of this year Patty said that Wonder Woman 3 was planned and would take place during a modern day. But the coronavirus pandemic and the consequent disruption in the theater business changed her mind and made her less secure.

As she spoke to the Happy Sad Confused podcast, she said she doubted whether she still wanted to do so judging by the current state of the world.

Meanwhile, 1984’s Wonder Woman is currently being shown in Indian theaters. The film brings back Gadot’s Diana Prince and also Steve Trevor’s Chris Pine. The film pitted superhero against Cheetah Kristen Wiig and Maxwell Lord Pedro Pascal.

Indian Express film critic Shalini Langer wrote about the film in her review, “Jenkins again shows the deft touch she showed in the previous Wonder Woman, giving Diana’s actions a filled frenetic and exciting pace. One of Diana’s several clashes with Barbara takes place right in front of “Not one but two women shooting at the White House, because the most powerful man in the world is helpless – now that there’s an idea.”
