Japanese camera maker Fujifilm has unveiled its latest offering, the Instax Mini instant camera, along with the Instax Mini contact list, in an effort to renew its glory days. With these new products, Fujifilm hopes to create the classic nature and feel of its first-generation cameras.
The Instax Mini 40 is a current camera of timeless design that will revive the feel of its earlier masterpieces before the advent of digital cameras. According to Fujifilm’s chief executive for North America Manny Almeida, it’s a portable device that can fit in the palm of your hand and attract instant photography lovers.
The Instax Mini 40’s camera design reveals a high-quality texture finish, with the body accentuated by silver touches on the camera body to give the overall great design. The Instax 40 Mini includes an auto exposure function that modulates the ambient light level when the camera shutter is active.
Unlike many other cameras, the Instax Mini 40 can be easily used by a new user without extensive training, as they can create high-quality photos with minimal help. The device also has a selfie mode that can be activated to provide fine shots to the user. There are several other exciting features present in Fujifilm’s latest instant mini camera.
Fujifilm has also launched the Instax Mini Contact Sheet Instant film, which combines with the Instax Mini 40 camera, and is a powerful reflection of the classic film photography to which Fujifilm, Kodak and several other manufacturers have carved a niche. Fujifilm’s goal was to deliver a product reminiscent of current photographs that have survived into the analog era. Instant film Instax Mini Contact Sheet is available in only one package of 10 exposures.
The Instax Mini 40 camera adopts a suggested retail price of $ 99.99, while the Instant Sheet Instant Sheet movie will sell for $ 14.99 per pack. Both products will be available later this month (April 2021).
