Francis Ngannou noticed him practicing the same move in two episodes of UFC Embedded

Francis Ngannou has been spotted practicing the same move in two UFC embedded videos. In episodes 2 and 3 of UFC 260: Built-in, Ngannou is shown drilling a throttle for a hand triangle.

Fans can watch Francis Ngannou get directions and practice a triangle-shaped attenuation move in a pair of YouTube videos below. The first video is episode 2, while the second episode 3 is episode UFC 260: Embedded.

Francis Ngannou has never been defeated by KO / TKO or submission in his professional MMA career. Of The Predator’s 15 wins, 4 came through registration. Of these victories in submission, only one is a hand-triangle submission move.

The only victory in hand triangle submission in Francis Ngannou’s MMA career came against Nicolas Specq. Ngannou defeated Specq by submitting a hand-triangle in the second round of their fight at 100% Fight 20: Return in April 2014.

Also, the last time Francis Ngannou won a fight was through surrender against Anthony Hamilton. Ngannou defeated Hamilton by submitting a kimura in the first round of their fight at UFC Fight Night: Lewis against Abdurakhimov in December 2016.

The vast majority of MMA fans and experts consider hitting Francis Ngannou their greatest strength. And although Ngannou’s grappling and overall MMA skill set have been constantly evolving in recent years, it’s well known that The Predator prefers to end fights using its strike rather than hunting requirements.
