Chynna’s new song ‘burnout’ released on the one-year anniversary of her death

Chynne’s new song, titled ‘Burning’, was released to mark the anniversary of her death.

The rapper and model were found dead from an accidental drug overdose at her home in Philadelphia last year on April 8. She was 25 years old.

AP $ Ferg and Joey Bada $$ associate Kirk Knight produced a “burnout”. Listen to it below:

This new song is the second Chynna song to be released since it passed. On the day that would have been her 26th birthday last year (August 19), her song ‘stupkid’ hit streaming services.

Since she passed away, April 8 has marked “Chynna Day” in New York City, where she has been based for 14 years. To commemorate that day, a gathering will be held in John V. Lindsay East River Park in New York City to celebrate her life.

After hearing of her death, many artists, such as Kehlani, Yung Baby Tate, Hudson Mohawke and her team A $ AP MOB, shared the honor on social media.

I’m talking to Billboard in 2017, Chynna said her mix of ‘Ninety’ is a reflection of her struggle with addiction.

“A lot has been written in the darkest times of my opiate use,” she said.

“I saw sides of myself that I would never have seen otherwise. These are not the sides that are particularly good, but the ones you need to see to know what you are capable of.

“After I turned it off, kids often attacked me, and even other artists and friends who didn’t feel comfortable at first admitting they were going through the same things.”
