HAMILTON, Bermuda – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (“Aspen” or “Company”) announced today that Tammy Richardson-Augustus has been appointed to its board as a non-executive director.
Ms. Richardson-Augustus is a partner at Appleby Global, one of the world’s leading international law firms, advising public and private companies, financial institutions and individuals.
Appleby Global joined in 1998 dealing in securities and funds in Bermuda and Hong Kong. Ms. Richardson-Augustus maintains a diverse business transaction practice, with an emphasis on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital and securities markets, secured and insecure credit transactions, and general corporate governance issues. He has extensive experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including energy, oil and gas exploration and shipping.
Among other accolades, Ms. Richardson-Augustus has been recognized as a “leader” in the banking, finance and capital markets category by the Legal 500 Caribbean. She is also a member of the Bermuda Bar Association, a justice of the peace, and serves in a number of Bermuda community organizations.
