A former AAUA lecturer found dead in a car

Adekunle Ayasin University, Akungba Akoko, was thrown out on Wednesday unfortunately because one of its former lecturers, identified as Dr. Olatunde Adegbuyi, found dead in his car.

Don, who was said to be a lecturer in the Department of Earth Sciences at the university, was reportedly cordial and cordial when he was last seen.

According to the source, the deceased was discovered dead by the residents of Akungbe Akoko, who noticed that he was in his car parked in Stalne Locations Street.

The source said: “It was a passer-by who first noticed that he was in the car and that his head had fallen and his body was not moving. The person quickly raised the alarm to draw the attention of other residents of the area. Arriving there, it was discovered that the lecturer had left. ”

The cause of death could not be determined at the time of submission of this report.

When contacted, the public relations officer of the State Police Command, Mr. Tee-Leo Ikoro, confirmed the incident and said an investigation had been launched into the matter.

“When our people arrived there, it was discovered that there was no sign that the deceased had been touched. But a medical report can reveal the real cause of death. The deceased was more than 70 years old, “Ikoro said.

The head of media and protocol, AAUA, Mr. Victor Akinpelumi, who also confirmed the incident, said the former lecturer had passed away and had withdrawn from the institution.
